Soluling can localize HTML projects. Create a new Soluling project file for the selected HTML file. Soluling scans the resource files of the project extracting data to be localized. Uploadable to the cloud: No

This format can't be uploaded to Soluling Cloud directly, because it spans a whole folder of interrelated files, not a single file, so uploading just one file can't capture it. Use Soluling Desktop or SoluMake to scan it into a Soluling project (.ntp), then upload that project to the cloud instead.
